I know it is the thought that counts, so I do not blame my friend at all. It's just that the gift happened to be a KFC Voucher for 1 snack plate. And I do not fancy KFC. Or any fast food for that matter. Well, among all the fast foods out there, I really think KFC is one of the worst!
But you know, I am sure there are people out there who would love to receive this voucher. I am sure there are lots of people who love KFC. Although I must really advise them not to eat too much of it as it is very unhealthy.
Since I won't be using this voucher, it would be a waste if I just throw it away, right? So what better way than to pass this to my readers?

Other than the chicken, potato and coleslaw, I really can't find anything that is eatable in KFC. I would say it's a failure compared to McDonald's not that I fancy McD!

khengsiong, I would say all are unhealthy. But the most unhealthy is KFC fried chickens!
Reason being, KFC chicken is deep fried in oil!
Roti canai is healthier as it's not deep fried in oil.
Nasi lemak can be healthy or unhealthy depends on the ingredients. It's unhealthy if use too much santan in the rice, but the eggs, nuts, ikan bilis and cucumber do provide some nutrients although it's too high in carbs and fat to make it a healthy dish!
KFC fried chickens are health hazards as they :
1) are deep fried in hydrogenated oil which contains trans-fat that raises your bad cholesterol (LDL) and lowers good cholesterol (HDL). Even if KFC says its oil does not contain trans-fat, anything that is deep fried will still raise your LDL.
2) are mass produced so the chickens are injected with growth hormone that is detrimental to human's health, besides causing cancer
In the snack plate, the potatoes and bread are high in glycemic index (GI) - again bad for health!
The coleslaw although are vegetables may contain pesticides residues and are mixed in cream sauce that spells fat! So on the whole, the KFC snack plate is worse than nasi lemak and definitely very much worse than roti canai.
